They are three individuals united by a shared belief: agriculture is the root that creates true product quality, and precision in every process elevates product positioning in the market.
Over 7 years of experience in specialty coffee. 2019 Southeast Asian Roasting Champion & 2019 Tradeoff Roasting Runner-up — bringing the soul of coffee into every Dalanka roast. Driven by a passion for real flavor and the belief that healthy food brings well-being, Le Duc left pharmacy to lay the foundation for Dalanka.
Over 8 years of practical experience in eco-agriculture. Awarded the ARI Agriculture scholarship in Japan and the HQJ coffee cupping scholarship. Growing up in the Central Highlands surrounded by coffee, Dung has always sought ways to secure sustainable livelihoods while regenerating ancient forest soil. Joining Dalanka from day one fulfills his lifelong passion.
Over 8 years working with social projects and environmental NGOs, plus 5+ years in practical agroforestry. Dedicated to sustainable development, Hoang Dung continuously explores how to balance economic, social, and ecological benefits in real-world practice. Partnering with Dalanka is her way of building actionable answers.
